Specialised Trades
Carpentry and joinery, plumbing and heating, electrical installation and certification
A renovation lives or dies on its specialist trades: carpentry that fits, plumbing routed for the finished layout, electrics set out and certified correctly. Split across separate firms that only appear twice, they become a scheduling headache and a finger-pointing exercise when something's wrong.
Keeping them in-house is the point of our model. The joinery, the plumbing and heating, and the electrical installation all follow in the right sequence with one team accountable — so first fix goes in before the walls close and second fix goes on once decoration is done, timed to the build rather than forcing it to wait.

Carpentry and joinery
First and second-fix carpentry and fitted or bespoke joinery — doors, staircases, fitted furniture and the timber detail that finishes a room, carried out by the team building the rest of it.
Plumbing, heating and electrics
Plumbing and heating routed for the finished layout and tested before it's covered, and electrical installation and certification set out to the room you're actually getting — first and second fix timed to the build programme.
